Elected Officers
Chair: Susan Sheary
Susan has served as an officer in three legislative
districts in the Seattle area (including Chair of the
33rd and 11th Districts), Vice-Chair-Finance, Event
Chairperson, and Secretary of the KCDCC organization,
and Secretary of the Washington State Democratic Central
Committee (WSDCC) - Chairs organization. With
involvement in every Presidential election since 1960,
her passion is the Democratic Party.
In January 2001, Susan retired from The Boeing Company
after 36-1/2 years of service, the last fifteen as a
member of computing management. Since then, she worked
briefly in property management and then set up a home
business, Suzie’s Shelf, for consulting, notary and
general business services.
1st Vice-Chair (Communications and Membership Retention):
Rob Dolin
Rob moved to Seattle in Spring 2001 to work in the high
tech industry where he is a Program Manager on
Microsoft
Publisher. Rob also DJ's and runs a small DJ
company called Wuxx Events. Rob is proud of his Democratic party leadership
experiences in the
King County Young Democrats (Chair),
Institute for
a Democratic Future (class of 2002),
Young Democrats of
Washington (past Communications Director), and
Young Democrats of America
(Finance Committee Chair). He has also served as a PCO for the
Champaign County (IL) Democrats,
36th LD
Democrats, and 43rd LD
Democrats. Rob volunteers with the
Jewish
Federation of Greater Seattle, the
UW
Alumni Interfraternity Council, and
SeattleWorks.
2nd Vice-Chair (Membership Recruitment and Community Outreach):
Rob Holland
2nd Vice-Chair (Membership Recruitment and Community
Outreach) Rob Holland is a native Washingtonian and grew
up in rural Kitsap County. Rob is a PCO and currently
serves on the 37th District's Executive Board as
minority outreach chair. In addition, he is a citizen
lobbyist for the American Farmland Trust passionately
advocating for farmland preservation.
Rob spent five years as a youth minister building Social
Justice Community outreach programs for high school aged
youth. In this position, he directed an after-school
tutoring program in partnership with Madrona Church,
Madrona Middle School and Central Area Youth
Association.
Currently, Rob works for Horizon Lines Shipping Company
(former
Sea-Land) in additional to serving on maritime-related
industry boards.
Rob has a B.A. in communications from Washington State
University and a Master in Public Administration from
Seattle University and was awarded Maritime Studies
Fellow at the ENO Transportation Foundation in
Washington D.C. Rob studied at the University of
Washington's School of Marine Studies.

Rob works on
plaintiff's class action litigation against some of the
world's largest corporations as an associate at the
national headquarters of
Hagens Berman LLP. As Thoreau once said,
"build your castles in the sky, that is where they
should be but, now, go put the foundations underneath
them" (paraphrase).

Audit: Jenson Hagen
Jenson Hagen lives in Oregon now but will continue to
help out his home state of Washington by working to
build interstate networks and lending assistance when
needed. Since moving to Portland in 2002, Jenson has
reorganized and reenergized an inactive Young Democrats
of Oregon club. The agenda for 2005 will include
advancing the Oregon Youth Movement and the Western
Coalition of Young Democrats, both focused on creating
networks of young minds. By day, Jenson works under his
own company, Navacent, bringing quality business
solutions to small businesses in Washington and Oregon.
